The Jacuzzi Suite added a nice touch to my stay. Check-in was straightforward, and I appreciated the tv in the room. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room comfortable. I faced several issues that dampened my experience. The room had a musty smell, and I noticed some stains on the carpet. The fridge didn't work properly, disappointing. I also encountered problems with the Wi-Fi. It was often spotty. I had high hopes for a relaxing getaway, but these inconveniences was great.

Thoroughly enjoyed this great hotel, easy to find. The location was great, in the middle of jackson, in the fairly nice area. Also, Roffino Stadium was 2 miles away from the property.

There was something as breakfast missing.

Getting a room with a non-functional Jacuzzi was frustrating!!! The carpets need serious cleaning, and the flickering lamps made for a creepy vibe. Security could be enhanced with better locking mechanisms on the doors!!!
